Amazon Connect and Salesforce Integration Developer

We are seeking an Amazon Connect and Salesforce Integration Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of seamless cloud contact center solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to enhance customer engagement through innovative automation and workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in key client meetings including requirements sessions and demos.
• Evaluate client's business processes and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical documents.
• Develop user stories and process diagrams for Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce, AppExchange products, and other cloud technologies.
• Coordinate technical work across onshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure quality deliverables through testing and verification.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years consulting experience in Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems.
• 2+ years hands-on configuration of Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with key customer decision makers.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile methodology, user story writing, and backlog prioritization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation.

Compensation & Benefits

Additional Information

This is an onsite position in Minneapolis, MN requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Applications will be received by September 5th, 2025.
