We're Handpicking 6–8 Consumer Businesses to Join Cognitensor's AI Venture Studio — Cohort 1. If you're a founder building a consumer brand in India and feel like technology is the one thing holding you back from your next stage of growth — this is for you. Cognitensor AI Venture Studio is a structured, hands-on program where we partner with consumer-focused businesses, embed into your operations, and co-build AI-powered solutions that create real, lasting competitive advantage.
Who We're Looking For
You're a founder or operator in a consumer-facing business — D2C, retail, F&B, fashion, beauty, health & wellness, or consumer services. You're doing ₹5Cr+ in revenue. You have strong domain knowledge and customer relationships, but no in-house tech or AI capability. You're ready to move fast and think big.
What We Offer
We come in for a structured 3–4 week discovery and build sprint. No lengthy contracts, no vague deliverables. At the end, you walk away with a working AI blueprint, a prototype or MVP, and a clear path to making technology your moat — not your bottleneck. And if there's a strong fit, we continue the journey together on an equity basis.
