Field Sales Engineer - CogniForge Technologies

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Engineer who thrives outside the office and enjoys meeting clients face-to-face. This is a completely field-oriented role focused on daily client visits, relationship building, business development, and identifying new opportunities in the market. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, technically aware, and capable of representing the company in front of clients across industries.

Role and Responsibilities (Field-First, Impact-Driven)

  • Daily client visits to factories, industrial sites, and offices
  • Generate qualified leads through direct networking and outreach
  • Build lasting client relationships—from first meeting to repeat business
  • Present solutions professionally and negotiate strategically
  • Own your territory: identify market trends, spot opportunities, stay ahead of competition
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to customize solutions for client needs
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and drive consistent deal closures

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with daily travel (own vehicle preferred)
