About the Role

Coforma is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Growth Operations Analyst to join our growing distributed team. In this role, you will manage data entry, maintain growth tracking systems, support reporting and forecasting, and help drive growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Growth team and leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document verification.
• Manage and analyze the pipeline by maintaining CRM data and generating reports.
• Proactively identify and prioritize new business opportunities through research and networking.
• Oversee contract vehicle and partnership database management, fostering strategic alliances.
• Implement and improve systems, processes, and tools for the Growth team.
• Attend industry events and document interactions to ensure follow-up actions.

First 30, 60, and 90 Days

Within your first month, you will complete orientation, meet key stakeholders, and start tracking opportunities. By 60 days, you will document your process and assume core responsibilities. After 90 days, you will iterate on processes and fully own the role's functions.

Who You Are

• 5+ years professional experience with at least 2 years in a coordinator, analyst, or project management role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in digital services, business development, and working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, CRM platforms, and related tools.
• Legally authorized to work in the US with a full-time resident requirement in the contiguous United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote work or freelancing.
• Background in consulting or proposal writing.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and familiarity with market intelligence software.
