The Role - Backend Developer

Join our team as a Backend Developer, where you will be instrumental in building and enhancing the server-side logic for key applications for our enterprise clients. You will work within a dynamic, agile team to develop scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices that form the backbone of modern digital experiences. This is a hands-on role for a developer who is passionate about writing clean, efficient code and solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• API Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs using modern frameworks.
• Business Logic Implementation: Translate product requirements into robust server-side logic.
• Database Management: Design schemas, write queries, and integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write unit and integration tests; participate in peer reviews.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Containerize applications and collaborate with DevOps for cloud deployment.
• Collaboration: Work with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js (Express.js/NestJS).
• Strong knowledge of REST API design, JWT, OAuth, and web security.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Proficiency with Git and familiar with Git workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a remote position with working hours from 2:30PM-11:30PM.
