We’re looking for passionate Coding Instructors who believe in our mission and have the expertise to teach coding to young learners. You’ll join a growing community of educators who make coding accessible, exciting, and meaningful for students across India and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Teach coding live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriate
  • Inspire curiosity - help students discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites from an early age
  • Assess and guide - track student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
  • Engage with parents - conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns
  • Grow as an educator - participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:
  • Graduate in CS / IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent)
  • Strong programming fundamentals - comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication - clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners
  • Reliable setup - laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps)
Good to Have:
  • Teaching experience - prior experience in EdTech, tutoring, or classroom instruction
  • Familiarity with K-12 CS education - understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and curriculum design

Availability & Commitment

  • Minimum 50 hours per month
