The Role: Co-Founder

We are seeking a highly energetic co-founder who will serve as our business and sales powerhouse. You will challenge ideas, co-shape strategy, and help define our future. Your focus is on driving new client acquisition, closing B2B deals, and fueling sustainable growth while co-creating our company culture and long-term vision.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute proactive business development and sales strategies.
  • Build relationships with startups, SMEs, and corporates.
  • Pitch Coding Partners, close new business, and manage accounts.
  • Collaborate with the technical co-founder on strategy and offerings.
  • Contribute to shaping company culture, vision, and roadmap.

Who You Are

  • Berlin-based and available for on-site work if required.
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, and passionate about tech and startups.
  • Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or client engagement roles.
  • Confident communicator with a knack for closing deals.
  • Interest in AI and innovative process automation is a plus.
