About the Role

At Codes Health, we’re building the modern platform for medical-records retrieval. As a Medical Records Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our retrieval operations, working directly with healthcare providers, law firms, and internal tools to ensure records are obtained accurately, quickly, and compliantly.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end record retrieval for assigned customers and providers.
  • Build, standardize, and continuously improve playbooks for high-volume facilities.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of release forms, affidavits, billing records, and complete document sets.
  • Surface workflow improvements and partner with engineering and product teams to automate repetitive steps.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share learnings, standardize best practices, and raise quality.

What Success Looks Like

Success is measured by a noticeable reduction in average days-to-receipt, documented and reusable playbooks, consistent delivery of compliant records with zero rework, and continuous process improvements.
