We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing companies in vector search and AI infrastructure. They power production-grade AI systems used for RAG pipelines, AI agents, multi-modal retrieval, real-time recommendations, and contextual search at scale.

Now they’re hiring a Developer Relations Engineer to represent them across Europe. This is not marketing. This is not social media fluff. This is 60% deep technical building and 40% community leadership.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Build real AI demos: End-to-end RAG systems, agent workflows, recommendation engines, vector search pipelines.
• Experiment with cutting-edge AI patterns: Long-context retrieval, hybrid search, embedding strategies, indexing optimisation.
• Create serious technical content: Deep-dive blog posts, architecture breakdowns, tutorials engineers actually bookmark.
• Speak at conferences and meetups: Live coding. Real systems. Real engineers in the room.
• Be present in the AI community: Discord, GitHub, X, LinkedIn. Answering questions. Gathering feedback. Influencing product.

You’ll act as the bridge between the AI developer ecosystem and the core engineering team.

What Makes You Strong

• Strong coding ability in Python, Rust, JavaScript, or Go.
• Hands-on experience building RAG or LLM-powered applications.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, indexing strategies.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• You’ve built public demos, blogs, GitHub repos, or spoken at events.

If you can whiteboard a production RAG architecture without Googling it, you’re in the right zone.
