What you'll own

• Work directly with the founders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Design and iterate on AI-native workflows: dynamic assessments, LLM-led scoring, evaluation UX.
• Translate customer feedback into product specs that engineers and designers can run with.
• Own metrics: candidate quality, funnel conversion, recruiter satisfaction, system accuracy.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, and growth to ship features weekly.
• Balance speed and quality — you’ll ship, test, learn, and evolve quickly.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in product management at a fast-paced tech company or startup.
• Have built 0→1 features or products, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or AI.
• Have a strong sense of UX — you know what good onboarding, scoring, and dashboards look like.
• Think in systems — you can model user flows, edge cases, and data pipelines.
• Enjoy working closely with engineers and aren’t afraid to dive into how things work under the hood.

Bonus if you:

• Have experience designing or productizing AI systems (e.g., GPT flows, LLM evaluators, vector search).
• Have been the first or early PM at a startup.
• Are excited by a builder culture — no red tape, just high ownership.
