💻 Backend Engineer (2-5 Years Experience)
As a Backend Engineer, you’ll design and scale the core infrastructure powering AI-driven content generation workflows used by 30,000+ teams. You’ll work on high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and data pipelines that process video, transcription, and AI inference workloads at scale. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building robust backend systems, solving scalability challenges, and working in high-growth startup environments.

⚙️ Backend System Development
- Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices using Go and Python
- Build reliable backend systems powering content generation pipelines
- Own features end-to-end from design to deployment
📊 Data & Compute Architecture
- Architect and optimize data pipelines for video processing and transcription
- Build scalable compute workflows for AI inference
- Ensure systems handle high throughput with low latency
