Role Overview
CodeRoad Inc is seeking a strategic AI Solutions Architect to serve as the technical bridge between boutique consulting partners and execution engines. In this "boots on the ground" role, you will navigate complex client environments to design, validate, and oversee the implementation of autonomous AI systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Translation: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions translating ambiguous business problems to structured agentic workflows.
- Agentic Architecture Design: Design high-level architectures including orchestration layers, tool-use definitions, and human-in-the-loop guardrails.
- Scalability: Build solutions using preferred technology stacks and reference architectures to enable cross-client reusability.
- Build vs. Buy Governance: Evaluate when to leverage third-party AI platforms versus building proprietary components.
- Execution Oversight: Act as the technical "North Star" ensuring delivery aligns with architectural intents and client outcomes.
- IP Identification: Identify patterns for transforming client implementations into repeatable products or platform features.
Qualifications & Engine-Fit
- Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Business Fluency: Adept at discussing ROI, margin impact, and operational risk with C-suite stakeholders.
- Consultative Presence: Experience with boutique consulting engagements and high-touch professional services.
- Pragmatic Discipline: Value-first mindset focusing on improved economics and quality delivery over hype.
