Role Overview

As an International Math Educator at Code Mantra, you will deliver engaging, interactive online math sessions for students aged 5–18 years. Your teaching emphasizes strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and real-world applications, turning math into a journey of discovery and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality interactive math sessions globally.
  • Teach mathematical concepts from arithmetic to applied mathematics.
  • Utilize real-life examples, puzzles, and projects.
  • Design curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments.
  • Adapt methodologies to suit diverse age groups and learning styles.
  • Incorporate storytelling, visual aids, and problem-based learning.
  • Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers, mentors, and parents.
  • Create a positive, engaging classroom experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • US Accent Certified for clear, neutral communication.
  • 5+ years teaching experience in Mathematics.
  • Strong command over mathematical concepts and pedagogy.
  • Expertise in at least 3 domains including Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and more.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, GeoGebra, Desmos, Kahoot.
  • Understanding of child and adolescent learning psychology.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.
  • Passion for making math interactive and enjoyable.
