About the Role

Code Crafts is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst to uncover insights and drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets, build dashboards, identify trends, and support business leaders with data-driven recommendations that shape strategy and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and marketing teams to define metrics and KPIs.
  • Support leadership with data analysis for strategic planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems.

Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and 2+ years of data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting experience. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytical tool (Python, R, or Power BI) is required, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. English fluency is mandatory, while Korean proficiency is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, or cloud analytics platforms.
  • Background in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS analytics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, customer analytics, or predictive modeling.
