As a Partenaire d'affaire principal Acquisition de talents, you will play a key role in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for operations, sales, and supply chain functions across Canada.

Role Details

Location: Montréal (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

You will support proactive resource planning, employer brand strategies, candidate engagement and sourcing through social networks. Working in partnership with senior leadership, recruitment managers and HR, you will develop sustainable talent programs and best hiring practices that integrate high-performance talent into the Coke Canada family.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast recruitment needs.
  • Utilize data from internal and external technologies to develop targeted talent strategies.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track talent trends and KPIs.
  • Develop talent brand assets for targeted campaigns and hiring programs.
  • Provide comprehensive talent attraction support including market research and candidate sourcing.
  • Support additional talent attraction efforts as needed.
  • Implement employee advocacy programs, branding, and toolkits.
  • Develop leadership training modules for new and existing recruitment managers.
  • Design targeted strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion and community partnerships.
  • Support national talent attraction projects and prepare internal/external presentations.
  • Optimize system usage ensuring compliance with established HR/AT standards.

Skills & Competencies

Required qualifications include a post-secondary degree, 1-3 years experience in corporate recruitment in partnership with senior leadership, proficiency in direct sourcing and social networks, and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (preferably SuccessFactors). Bilingual French and English is required. Preferred experience in campus recruitment or DEI-linked programs and strong interpersonal, active listening, influencing, results orientation, and innovative solution-finding abilities.
