Compensation & Benefits

Role Responsibilities
- Partner with management and employees to align business objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, training, and compliance initiatives.
- Support employee relations and performance evaluations, including coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee programs such as Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace and Workers’ Compensation.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum three years’ HR experience; SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Work Environment & Additional Information
