Compensation & Benefits

The salary is approximately $65,000 a year based on experience. Benefits include 100% paid employee health, dental and vision, 100% employer paid life insurance, 401K with employee match, product discounts and much more!

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with employees and management to implement HR policies and processes.
  • Manage recruitment including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
  • Create and deliver HR training and development programs.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee employee records, performance evaluations and employee relations.
  • Administer Workers’ Compensation, FMLA and other leave programs.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
  • Data research and analysis skills, especially concerning compliance standards.
  • Detail oriented and able to independently manage tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience with at least three years in a similar role. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification is preferred.

Work Environment & Additional Information

Work hours are approximately 40-45 hours per week with potential travel to territory locations. The environment may be moderately noisy due to manufacturing equipment. This role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities but involves coaching and mentoring.
