Description

The Account Executive, SMB will join our growing North America Sales Team. In this role, you will sell our Offensive Security offerings and platform to SMB customers. You’ll handle end-to-end sales including prospecting, pipeline creation, demo meetings, and closing new customers, while benefiting from ongoing team training and career advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire Sales Cycle in the Northeast territory.
  • Prospect, manage, and close a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
  • Improve and maintain sales practices, processes, and tools.
  • Conduct sales projections and report to management.
  • Lead sales meetings with prospects and foster customer relationships.

You Must Have

  • Highly motivated and independent working style.
  • Openness to constructive coaching and adaptive learning.
  • Proficiency in the English language (oral and written).
  • Minimum 2+ years of cybersecurity experience with technical sales cycle exposure.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in start-up environments.
  • Residency in a US Northeast state and a collaborative approach.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $59,600 - $74,500 base per year, plus commission, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and certifications.
