Overview of the Role
As the Risk & Control Analyst III, you will lead and support the oversight of Fintech Partner audits related to the BaaS program. Responsibilities include creating risk assessments, planning audit schedules, facilitating partner audits, reviewing audit reports, and ensuring remediation of findings.
Responsibilities
- Enhance BaaS Risk & Controls Program processes
- Create and maintain Partner Audit Risk assessments
- Facilitate Partner audits with external and internal teams
- Coordinate scheduling of audits with audit firms and partners
- Review and update audit scopes including compliance audits
- Evaluate audit findings and remediation plans
- Analyze audit risk trends for improvement opportunities
- Train department staff to build skills and expertise
- Comply with regulatory and compliance regulations
- Make recommendations to the Risk & Controls Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience with 5+ years in bank Internal Audit or IT Risk and Controls. Strong background in FinTech, regulatory compliance, and analytical skills are required. Effective communication and ability to prioritize multiple projects are essential.

Salary
The salary for this position ranges between $82,675 and $90,000.
