Overview

The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of our fintech partners from contract signature through go-live. This role balances technical knowledge, program management expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term partner relationships.

• Own the full lifecycle of partner implementations.
• Translate complex partner requirements into clear deliverables.
• Coordinate API integrations, file exchanges, and testing processes.
• Manage stakeholder communications and risk mitigation.
• Improve onboarding frameworks and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for fintech partners.
• Guide partners through API integrations and testing phases.
• Create and maintain partner-facing documentation and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in implementation management or technical delivery.
• Familiarity with banking and fintech regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, compliance).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Asana, Confluence, Monday.
• Strong technical aptitude with API integrations and data mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Physical Demands & Other Duties

This role requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive movements. Occasional light lifting is also necessary. Duties may evolve as business needs change.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $130,146 to $155,000.
