You Should Have

• A strong understanding of SEO best practices including site architecture, tags, coding, site speed, and link building.
• Experience implementing AI-based SEO strategies using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and scaling SEO performance.
• Hands-on experience with SEO auditing tools such as Screaming Frog.
• Proficiency in rank tracking tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or WebCEO.
• A solid grasp of HTML/CSS, basic web copywriting, and web design as they relate to SEO.
• Strong analytical, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of JavaScript & PHP (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
• Passion for startup growth and adapting to a multicultural environment.

Your Duties and Tasks

• Conduct deep SEO research and R&D regarding algorithm updates, AI trends, and emerging technologies.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits and implement data-driven solutions for technical issues.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and advanced analytics for keyword opportunities and content optimization.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and prioritize based on search intent and competition.
• Create and optimize redirects, sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data.
• Collaborate on technical SEO innovations including schema optimization and internal linking.
• Monitor and enhance site performance through coding upgrades, server optimization, and speed improvements.
• Experiment with new AI methodologies, automation workflows, and predictive ranking analysis.
• Develop and implement local SEO strategies for improved online visibility.
• Utilize heatmap tools, session recordings, surveys, and user testing to improve UX and conversion rates.
• After training, conduct technical SEO analyses to uncover errors and implement solutions.

Compensation Details

For candidates in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, starting base pay ranges between $15 - $35 per hour. Other locations may have different compensation based on experience, qualifications, skills test performance, and seniority.
