Position Overview: Sales Support Associate II

This role is based at the Scarborough Town Centre store in Scarborough, Ontario. The Sales Support Associate II leverages sales proficiency and operational support to deliver an authentic customer service experience, assist in product replenishment, and perform daily operational tasks.

  • Complete daily tasks on the sales floor and backroom operations.
  • Replenish inventory, process shipments, and support visual merchandising.

Required Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of selling/stock experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Key skills include cash register operations, proficiency with basic computer systems (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), ability to read reports, and effective communication. Physical ability to maneuver on the sales floor and fulfill stock requirements is essential, along with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Operational Responsibilities

The role includes maintaining the sales floor, processing product shipments/transfers, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. The candidate should be adaptable, shifting between selling and non-selling tasks as necessary.
