The Opportunity
Co-operators is a leading Canadian financial services cooperative committed to fostering a sustainable and resilient society. The Digital Properties Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in assisting the Digital Properties Delivery Pod team to build, create, and launch digital solutions across multiple platforms. These initiatives support various products including Home, Auto, RV, Water, Wealth, and sub-brands such as CUMIS and Sovereign.
The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with teams including UX, Technology, Marketing, Product, Legal & Compliance, among others. Key activities include creating workback schedules, maintaining Jira work tickets and Confluence pages, gathering feedback from stakeholders, tracking defects, organizing documentation, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns and code releases.
How You Will Create Impact
- Support day-to-day activities and ensure timely digital content releases.
- Create and maintain project documentation (Jira, Confluence).
- Coordinate stakeholder feedback and manage delivery timelines.
- Assist in digital marketing campaign execution and analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client digital experience.
How You Will Succeed
You must be innovative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience in digital, marketing/Martech, or project management is required with up to 2 years of relevant experience. A background in insurance or financial services is an asset.
What You Need To Know
This is a 12-month temporary full-time position with a hybrid work model. Occasional travel is required and a background check is a condition of employment. Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
