About the Role

The Business Systems Analyst at Co-operators is a key liaison between teams and business stakeholders for functionality enhancements and new developments. Operating in the Enterprise Data Office, this role involves translating requirements into effective system-based solutions for client-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Engage stakeholders to validate business functions, rules and processes.
  • Provide analysis for data and system integrations.
  • Develop user acceptance test plans and lead testing for initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving the BSA practice by researching new techniques and streamlining processes.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years’ experience in Information Technology or a related field and post-secondary education in IT or a related discipline is required.
