The Opportunity

Co-operators is a leading Canadian financial services cooperative committed to a sustainable and resilient society. In the role of AVP End User Services, you will provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in End User Support. Your focus areas will include Collaboration Tools, Desktop Management, End User Support, IT ServiceDesk, and Service Management to enhance the employee experience.

You will work with internal technology teams, business functions and external vendors to transform operations, drive innovation, and achieve strategic business goals in a 24x7 environment.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Develop and implement a vision for optimized employee experience.
  • Manage day-to-day End User Services operations and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing, MDM, Intune, and asset inventories.
  • Set and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve critical system issues.

How You Will Succeed

You will utilize strategic thinking, integrate complex information to solve problems, and foster a high-performance culture. You are expected to initiate strategies, manage organizational change, and build effective teams aligned with business objectives.

To Join Our Team

Applicants should have a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with over 15 years of progressively responsible IT experience. A solid grasp of Evergreen IT, Zero Trust concepts, Collaboration solutions, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and data privacy is essential for success.
