Overview
The Strategic Planning Manager at CNO Financial Group is responsible for managing, planning, and executing key initiatives across sales, technology, and business development. This remote role can be performed from any US based location while working central or eastern time zone hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate key business objectives for multiple brands.
- Lead a team of Sales Operations Coordinators with day-to-day oversight.
- Act as a project manager for sales initiatives and go-to-market projects.
- Collaborate across departments including IT, Marketing, and Legal.
- Design workflows and automate tasks using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ensure sales data integrity and resolve process errors.
Requirements
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 7 years in progressive business management, consulting, or strategic planning. Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills and excellent communication abilities are essential. A relevant Graduate degree or certifications (including Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
