Sr. Human Resources Coordinator West Coast
The Sr. Human Resources Coordinator supports assigned client groups by delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role combines direct HR operations with exposure to employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Working closely with senior HR leadership, the position provides guidance to managers and employees while ensuring compliance and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned groups.
- Support performance management and improvement processes.
- Assist managers with employee relations and escalation.
- Partner on workforce changes including promotions and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR recordkeeping.
- Facilitate verification of employment and coordinate with The Work Number.
- Support offboarding and recovery of company assets.
- Assist in workforce and succession planning initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and compliance with laws.
Additional Information:
- Work West Coast Hours is required.
- Requires 2+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- ADA compliant office environment; flexibility for overtime may be needed.
Base Compensation: The compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
