As a Production Assistant at CMG Financial, you will play a crucial role in supporting Loan Officers to ensure the timely and efficient closing of loan files. This position involves direct communication with both operations staff and customers, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Request disclosures for loan applications.
• Open escrow accounts, collect necessary fees, and order preliminary title reports.
• Coordinate and order appraisals.
• Efficiently collect and meticulously review client documentation.
• Assist in the review of income analysis provided by the Loan Officer.
• Submit complete loan documentation to processing, including the Submission form, Intent to Proceed, LDP/GSA, and Net Tangible.
• Gather Loan Agent PTD (Prior to Doc) and PTF (Prior to Fund) conditions.
• Submit requests for Rapid Rescores when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

CMG Financial is looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in the mortgage industry and excellent administrative capabilities.

• Over 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of loan processes.
• Familiarity with standard mortgage terminology and industry practices.
• Experience utilizing Point software is highly preferred for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required for effective interaction with staff and clients.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
• A high level of integrity and strict confidentiality is paramount.
