Overview

CMG Financial is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Business Analyst - Mortgage with at least 5 years of experience. The role focuses on identifying business needs, analyzing data, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives to improve processes through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to identify process challenges.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Partner with IT, BI, and operations teams to pilot intelligent automation tools.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations of KPIs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare documentation including business cases, process maps, and training materials.
  • Support change management and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process improvement, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and automation tools such as RPA.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other enterprise technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or AI/Automation platforms are a plus.
  • Mortgage industry experience is highly valued.

Work Environment & Compensation

This is a remote role (within the United States, with exclusions for CA, CO, and NYC residents). The position operates in an ADA compliant office environment using typical office equipment, with potential overtime required to meet deadlines. Base wage details are provided upon request.
