What You'll Do

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance.
• Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for the operating unit.
• Provide in-depth variance analysis focused on gap closure.
• Evaluate capital investments ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop key financial metrics and dashboards for leadership communication.
• Ensure compliance with CMC policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance to align unit and corporate objectives.
• Support special projects as needed.

What You'll Need

• Robust financial statement modeling skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Deep curiosity about profit drivers and experience with multiple financial systems.
• Ability to analyze and communicate financial stories to management.
• Proven ability to influence decision making.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines with quality and accuracy.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field with manufacturing/distribution background.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP BPC and FACTS knowledge is preferred.

Your Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another business related field.
