Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers with professionalism, energy, and respect.
  • Learn customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and solutions.
  • Coordinate test drives and explain Volvo features in a clear, approachable way.
  • Partner with teammates and management to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Gain hands-on experience with dealership finance processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Support the Finance Manager by preparing paperwork and presenting financing options.
  • Stay informed on current inventory, pricing, and financing programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive sales experience.
