Open Interviews: Walk-ins are welcome on February 20, 23, 24, and 25 from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Clyde's of Gallery Place, located at 707 7th St NW, Washington, DC 20001. We are conveniently accessible by car, multiple bus lines, and the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro station (Red, Green, and Yellow lines).

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry food orders efficiently to tables, serving plates to customers.
  • Assist chefs with expediting orders, including assembly, garnishing, and inspecting food for quality and visual appeal.
  • Read food tickets, pick up plates, and organize them for delivery.
  • Remove dirty plates, glasses, and utensils from tables and deliver them to the dishwashing station.
  • Notify the expediter of other tables ready to be served.
  • Replenish stations with products and supplies such as hot water, brewed coffee, tea, milk, utensils, bread, butter, jellies, garnishes, and condiments.
  • Break down and clean work areas, store perishable products, clean equipment and supplies, and restock to end-of-day par levels.
