Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency committed to connecting top-tier talent with clients that foster business growth. We pride ourselves on being a caring, honest, and hustle-driven partner for both our clients and candidates, helping professionals navigate their career moves with the best opportunities available.

About the Role: Experience Designer

Clutch is seeking a talented Experience Designer for a pharmaceutical agency client. This role is crucial for developing innovative design solutions for complex pharmaceutical marketing materials across various digital and traditional touchpoints. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences, from responsive applications and omnichannel campaigns to exploring emerging technologies like AR/VR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize design solutions, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications, for pharmaceutical marketing materials.
  • Design for various digital touchpoints: websites, responsive applications, and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Execute dynamic designs, motion graphics, and contribute to AR/VR experiences for goggles, wearables, and emerging deliverables.
  • Ensure consistent translation of digital and interactive designs to traditional formats like print.
  • Maintain high rigor in design specifications, version control, and annotation for efficient MLR review.
  • Manage and maintain design libraries, style guides, and design systems for project consistency.
  • Collaborate with UX/Strategy to transform user research, patient journeys, and competitive audits into actionable design recommendations.
  • Present design concepts and rationales clearly and persuasively to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an Experience Designer, with at least 1 year in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency.
  • Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design, motion graphics, and emerging technologies (AR/VR/wearables).
  • Advanced proficiency required in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Principle, Lottie, FigJam, and Unity.
  • Understanding of regulatory constraints (PAAB, Health Canada) impacting pharmaceutical design and UX.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, HCI, or similar field.
