About the role

Clutch is in search of a Financial Services Manager to champion the online used car buying process. This is a chance to join a rapidly growing team and create significant impact as we expand into new Canadian cities.

What you'll do

  • Initiate the purchasing process after a customer deposit and guide them through the transaction.
  • Update CRM with relevant details, verify, and generate documents.
  • Submit credit applications via systems like RouteOne and Dealertrack to finance customer purchases.
  • Communicate lender decisions accurately and timely.
  • Upsell ancillary products including extended warranties, GAP, and undercoating.
  • Effectively handle customer objections.

All about you

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience; lending or banking preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple customers.
  • Driven by a desire to disrupt an age-old industry.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility with weekend and evening shift availability.
