As an Executive Housekeeper Assistant at Club Med, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience impeccable service and feel right at home. You are expected to be discreet, well-organised, and attentive, providing personalised service and a unique experience for every guest. Your meticulous eye for detail will guarantee exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our resorts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in meticulous checking and maintenance of room cleanliness and common areas.
  • Report any malfunctions promptly to the maintenance department to ensure swift resolution.
  • Anticipate and proactively respond to the diverse requirements and needs of the resort's clientele.
  • Supervise a team of 30 to 50 maintenance employees, guiding them to uphold Club Med's high standards.
  • Monitor stock conditions, identify supply needs, and accurately establish orders to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Verify the conformity of all work carried out against Club Med's stringent quality standards.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the resort layout and operations, collaborating effectively with departments like room staff, laundry, and catering.
  • Guarantee the highest quality of services, strict compliance with Club Med's health and safety regulations, and diligent maintenance of the resort's assets.
