Role Overview: Content & Community Coordinator
You will manage digital content and social media as the Communications Officer (eG.O) at the Resort. You will be responsible for curating engaging content, enhancing internal and guest communications, and fostering an active online community.
- Manage and update content on the My Club Med app and interactive resort screens.
- Promote digital tool adoption among guests and team members.
- Boost social media presence, especially on Instagram, through compelling storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal and Miami marketing teams ensuring brand consistency.
- Support revenue optimization by highlighting resort offers and services.
Who You Are
A digital communication expert with creativity and organization. You have storytelling skills in photography and videography and are proficient in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
