Assistant Human Resources

Club Med is looking for a friendly and well-organized Assistant Human Resources professional to join their team in Canada or overseas. You will be key to representing Club Med's values and contributing to overall success by working with different departments and meticulously applying established processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist the HR Manager in staff management and the application of social regulations within the Resort.
  • Follow the action plan to optimize human resources for the company's economic objectives.
  • Handle administrative activities, including individual file follow-up, compulsory declarations, and responding to employee requests.
  • Control all information necessary for payroll, such as absences, illnesses, and working hours.
