We are currently looking for a work-study student as a Media Branding Project Assistant. You will participate in the development of ambitious media campaigns.Within the Marketing Department EAF (Europe Africa markets), you will join our internal media agency, Medialab45, and report to the Media Branding Manager.Missions
1 – MEDIA PLAN DEVELOPMENT:- Assist our various markets in implementing their national online and offline branding campaigns, from brief to launch, in close collaboration with our media agency.
- Share campaign reporting with our various markets.
- Ensure the retroplanning between all stakeholders (media agency, ad networks, country marketing teams, creative team) using the Asana tool.
- Make Club Med shine with the implementation of innovative and impactful formats.
- Share successes and case studies internally, both in writing and orally, highlighting precise and relevant KPIs.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify best practices in the industry as well as emerging trends & innovations in media (attention measurement, Connected TV, agency advertising…).
- Regularly meet with advertising agencies to monitor market evolution and be a source of proposals for the media agency.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:- Bac +5 level education – business school, communication, IAE.
- Good command of English required to communicate with different EMEA markets.
- Software to know: Proficiency in the Office Suite, a big plus if you master Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, Asana.
- Skills: curiosity, dynamism, rigor, comfortable speaking in public.
- Appreciation for the media universe and internet culture.
Practical Information
- Position based at the head office in Paris 19th, available as a work-study from September 2026 for a duration of 1 year.
- Current remote work policy: 8 days/month in agreement with the team and a minimum of 1 day/week presence on site; possibility to take a full week every quarter.
- Possibility of Workation (remote work from a village).
