Overview

The Office Assistant Administration at CLSA is responsible for a variety of logistical and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations between departments and offices.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver documents and packages between offices using foot or public conveyance
  • Sort items according to delivery routes and plan efficient routes
  • Perform data entry on incoming and outgoing postage/courier items
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail logistics
  • Handle special duties such as bank-in tasks, physical share deliveries, scanning documents, and operating office equipment
  • Manage miscellaneous tasks like duplicate keys, monthly water testing, and quarterly temperature readings
  • Assist with relocation projects and event setups including packing and logistics
  • Monitor and reorder office supplies and ensure regular sanitization of public areas
  • Backup Tea Lady duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Secondary school education or above
  • Ability to prioritize routine tasks and ad-hoc assignments
  • Effective communication skills to foster teamwork and productivity
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a changing work environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for data processing and office automation
  • Friendly and efficient service orientation for internal and external parties
  • Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred
