Role Overview

As the Business Relationship Manager, you will lead effective relationships with internal business stakeholders and translate their needs into technology solutions. Reporting to the VP, Technology Strategy, you will work closely with the Sr. Manager EPMO & BRM to mature CLOVTech’s delivery and relationship capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between CLOVTech and business stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of technology initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams during project delivery.
  • Champion business priorities in the technology organization.

Success Indicators

Establish strong stakeholder relationships within 90 days and clear communication channels within 6 months. Future success is measured by proactive identification of business needs and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

You are a balanced leader with 5-7 years of healthcare experience in a BRM or similar liaison role. You are entrepreneurial, mission-driven, and passionate about using technology to transform healthcare.
