As a Monitoring Intelligence Analyst Night Shift at CloudWalk, you will operate at the core of Brazil's fast-growing payments acquirer, monitoring operations and developing tools to keep day-to-day processes efficient and problem-free.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze and monitor operational processes continuously.
  • Rethink, iterate, and improve routines and solutions.
  • Develop internal tools to automate and resolve issues.
  • Create analyses and dashboards using Grafana and Metabase.
  • Monitor overall operations and ensure efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

You should have a passion for data and a deep love for its analysis. Your ability to leverage AI for insight extraction, pattern recognition, and complexity simplification will be crucial. You must have an unapologetic, no-excuses mindset, coupled with agility and proactivity in addressing challenges. The ability to understand complex systems through hands-on learning is a must, along with upper-intermediate English proficiency.
