Overview
Cloudstaff is seeking a Virtual Assistant - Property Support. This remote role supports property listings management, onboarding new properties, online distribution review, payments assistance, and guest communication & administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings on travel platforms
- Assist in onboarding new hotels and properties
- Review online distribution for consistency and visibility
- Support accurate and secure payment processing
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide admin support
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in hospitality/tourism
- Knowledge of online booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; property management systems a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Non-negotiable Skills
- Excellent English spelling and grammar
- Experience with online agents (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
- Marketing experience viewed favorably
