Overview

Cloudstaff is seeking a Virtual Assistant - Property Support. This remote role supports property listings management, onboarding new properties, online distribution review, payments assistance, and guest communication & administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update property listings on travel platforms
  • Assist in onboarding new hotels and properties
  • Review online distribution for consistency and visibility
  • Support accurate and secure payment processing
  • Respond to guest enquiries and provide admin support

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in hospitality/tourism
  • Knowledge of online booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; property management systems a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Non-negotiable Skills

  • Excellent English spelling and grammar
  • Experience with online agents (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
  • Marketing experience viewed favorably
