About the Role

The Sr. Website Data Analyst on our Web Strategy team will be the engine driving critical website initiatives. This role blends web analytics and data science to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets, understand user journeys, and inform personalization and experimentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deep-dive analysis of user behavior and conversion funnels.
  • Query, extract, and blend large datasets from various sources.
  • Develop actionable insights on segmentation, trends, and projections.
  • Create robust dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with A/B testing teams to design and analyze experiments.
  • Apply AI to enhance data velocity and quality of insights.
  • Model and forecast web metrics and user conversion propensities.
  • Champion a data-driven culture within the marketing organization.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in B2B, D2C, SaaS, or enterprise cloud companies.
  • 5+ years in data analytics, preferably in web or marketing analytics.
  • Expertise in enterprise-level analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with statistical programming (Python or R).
  • Experience with A/B/n testing and data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
