About Product Management at Cloudflare

As a Product Manager, you sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. You will drive high-level product goals and also work on hands-on tasks such as pitching concepts, drafting launch plans, conducting user research, prototyping features, iterating on specs, analyzing usage data, and collaborating with engineers.

About the Role

For the Cloudy project, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our conversational AI agent that transforms complex tasks into simple, conversational workflows for customers and security teams. You will:

  • Own product priorities and scope for a high performing engineering team.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely, high impact launches.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather insights and shape the roadmap.
  • Analyze data to quantify opportunities and measure product impact.

Key Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience as a product manager or similar role in cloud-based environments. You must be customer focused, possess strong technical acumen especially in security and cloud infrastructure, and have hands-on experience in prompt engineering and LLM customization. Cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision-making are critical for this role.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Generative AI & NLP products.
  • Understanding of enterprise software challenges.
  • Experience in API-first design and taking products from 0 to 1.
