This position is available in Munich, Germany.

What You'll Do

As the Customer Success Manager at Cloudflare, you will:

  • Ensure success for Enterprise customers post-sale.
  • Build strong relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage customer lifecycles and drive revenue retention through quarterly reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and escalate customer issues appropriately.
  • Identify improvement areas and use customer data to uncover risks and expansion opportunities.

Required Skills, Knowledge And Experience

Applicants must have:

  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in post-sales, enterprise SaaS customer success roles.
  • Deep understanding of computer networking, application and network security.
  • Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in customer negotiations and managing difficult conversations.
  • A high degree of empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
