Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Junior QA Manual Tester to join our growing QA team. This remote role is open to candidates across the United States and Canada who are eager to build a career in software quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze system specifications.
  • Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and product teams to understand requirements.
  • Execute manual test cases and report bugs using issue-tracking tools like Jira and Bugzilla.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement in the QA workflow.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in software QA (manual testing).
  • Strong understanding of QA concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Experience with test case design and bug reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
