Job Description/Responsibilities

• Achieve operational targets that impact departmental results.
• Develop departmental goals, budgets, and operational plans.
• Manage large, complex projects across multiple departments.
• Improve processes, systems or products for better performance.
• Conduct detailed analysis and investigation to resolve undefined issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Guide, coach, and delegate work to junior employees.

Required Experience/Skills

• Recognized subject matter expert in business systems analysis.
• Proven ability in managing large projects and processes.
• Experience in coaching and delegating tasks to lower level employees.
• Deep knowledge of business systems and operational planning.
• Advanced education or equivalent experience (8+ years experience, or Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years).

Optional Experience/Skills

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
