About CLO Virtual Fashion

CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new digital fashion ecosystem based on 3D garment simulation algorithms, offering comprehensive services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling.

Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is building a new digital fashion ecosystem. Alongside our apparel design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in every aspect of the garment lifecycle through specialized platforms like CLO-SET and CONNECT, establishing efficient and sustainable workflows. Furthermore, our solutions enable real garments and digital garments to be tagged and function within the CLO system.

Leading the global digital fashion market, CLO Virtual Fashion currently operates 16 offices in 13 countries across Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is continuously expanding with numerous clients worldwide.

Position Overview

This position is not just about analyzing metrics. It's about defining core problems for Product and Business, and setting the direction for growth through experimentation. We are looking for someone who proactively drives metrics to inform decision-making and real actions, rather than just creating dashboards.

As a Data Analyst, you will lead users to effectively utilize our products through data processing and analysis, ultimately contributing to keeping users in the CLO ecosystem for their entire lifecycle. You will work with diverse data generated from CLO Virtual Fashion's main products (CLO, Marvelous Designer, CLO-SET, CONNECT), support effective data utilization for decision-making by each team through data processing and organization, and facilitate smooth internal communication. You will also experience the entire process from hypothesis formulation to data extraction and analysis logic design for hypothesis verification, deriving implications and insights from A to Z.

The 1st interview will include an English interview and an SQL Live test. Reference checks will be requested during the coordination process for the 2nd interview.

Responsibilities

  • Designing metrics and developing dashboards for Product/Business growth
  • Designing experiments to solve Product/Business problems
  • Monitoring key metrics and analyzing the root cause of metric fluctuations
  • Collaborating with other departments on practical action items based on data analysis results
  • Providing company-wide coaching and consulting to foster data-driven thinking and experimentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business data analysis
  • Ability to extract and analyze data by writing SQL queries
  • Experience operating/using BI tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio
  • Deep understanding of various service data analysis methods (e.g., LTV, AARRR, Cohort, Funnel, etc.)
  • Mathematical/statistical knowledge and high-level logical thinking, problem-solving, and result-derivation skills
  • Data analysis skills for practical actions and product/business-related insights
  • Logical reasoning ability
  • Ability to effectively communicate results from technical and business perspectives

  • Understanding of subscription-based businesses and digital marketing
  • Experience in the entire process from collecting/processing log-level data to analysis
  • Experience working in an IT or agile work environment
  • English communication skills (writing and communication skills in English)
