Position Overview
This Data Analyst position goes beyond mere metric analysis; it involves defining core product and business problems and setting the direction for growth through experimentation. We are seeking someone who proactively ensures that metrics lead to tangible decision-making and action, rather than just creating dashboards.
The Data Analyst will lead efforts to help users effectively utilize our products through data processing and analysis, ultimately contributing to the user's entire lifecycle with CLO. You will work with diverse data generated from CLO Virtual Fashion's main products (CLO, Marvelous Designer, CLO-SET, CONNECT), processing and organizing it to facilitate effective data-driven decision-making and smooth communication across teams. You will also gain end-to-end experience in formulating hypotheses, designing data extraction and analysis logical structures for verification, and deriving implications and insights.

Responsibilities
- Design metrics and develop dashboards for Product/Business growth.
- Design experiments to solve Product/Business problems.
- Monitor key metrics and analyze root causes of fluctuations.
- Collaborate with other departments on actionable items derived from data analysis results.
- Provide company-wide coaching and consulting to foster data-driven thinking and experimentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business data analysis.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience operating/using BI tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of various service data analysis methods (e.g., LTV, AARRR, Cohort, Funnel).
- Strong mathematical/statistical knowledge, logical thinking, problem-solving, and result derivation skills.
- Ability to perform data analysis for practical action and possess product/business insights.
- Ability to effectively communicate logical inferences from both technical and business perspectives.
Plus if you have
- High understanding of subscription-based businesses and digital marketing.
- Experience with the entire data pipeline, from log-level data collection and processing to analysis.
- Experience working in an IT or agile environment.
- English communication skills (writing and communication).
