Learning and Development Specialist

Overview

The Learning and Development Specialist role at Clipp is a full-time position responsible for being the primary Sales Training point of contact and system administrator for Highspot. This role involves platform administration, course build and maintenance, content governance, user support, reporting, and video production using Synthesia or similar AI tools.

Sales Training Platform Administration

Manage Highspot administration including user provisioning, permissions, and platform configuration. Maintain taxonomy, tagging standards, and ensure clean content lifecycle management. Provide Tier 1 support with troubleshooting and creation of job aids.

Learning Build, Course Operations, and Program Support

Develop and maintain courses, learning paths, assignments, assessments, and reinforcement activities. Manage enrollment rules and partner with sales and functional leaders to translate learning needs into effective training experiences.

Content Publishing, Governance, and Maintenance

Publish up-to-date, on-brand Sales Training content and manage version control. Coordinate content reviews, retire outdated materials, and enforce governance processes.

Reporting, Analytics, and Insights

Produce recurring reports and dashboards detailing adoption, usage, completion, engagement, and content performance, ensuring data quality and accurate insights for informed decision-making.

Video Production and Content Creation Using Synthesia

Manage the workflow for creating training videos using Synthesia or similar AI platforms. Responsibilities include scripting, producing, reviewing, and updating videos used in training across various programs.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience with Highspot or similar sales enablement platform.
• Proven experience in building structured learning experiences.
• Hands-on experience in creating AI-driven training videos.
• Strong analytical skills for producing actionable insights.
• Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Familiarity with various Learning Management Systems (e.g., Tovuti, Litmos).
• Experience with content governance models at scale.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This role is remote with the need to work at a computer for extended periods and attend virtual meetings.

Salary Details

The annual salary for this position is $75,000.
